What is a SPECIAL ORDER?
When a product is listed as a SPECIAL ORDER, it means we are helping customers order directly from the manufacturer. This is necessary because Forum Appliances does not keep in-store stock of items that are listed with SPECIAL ORDER. Instead, we simply bridge the gap between the manufacturer to the customer.
Manufacturer > Forum > Customer
Shipping for SPECIAL ORDER items usually takes between 3-5 weeks, but it absolutely depends on manufacturer availability. Thus, delays are not uncommon due to circumstances out of our control. However, Forum Appliances will immediately begin shipping the item to the customer as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.
